I've been using Mozy for years now. The pro is that it's really secure and offers stress free incremental backups. On the minus side it can be slower than some of it's competitors like Sugarsync or Carbonite. Also there have been some complaints that restoring the data can take days if your computer crashes or you lose your data.
Overall it's a great system though and I'd not hesitate to recommend using it

The co-branding setup makes it 300x easier to manage all the WFB accounts I hold for my clients - no more having to look up log-ins just to make a quick change to a customers form buddy account... and the discount was an extra - and very welcome - surprise. As always, extremely happy with the features, and options your services offer to my clients and the customer service is faster than ANY of my other vendors. Thanks Again!

Oops - sorry I have mis-informed you. It is already in place!

Just go to your control panel to get the new code. It was updated in March and incorporates the new domain-friendly URL scheme.

Are you using web-form-buddy yet for your web site? (There's a free trial at www.web-form-buddy.com). If so, it has an option that helps you create web forms that take a payment. You can take payments by check, by credit card, by PayPal or by WorldPay.

A bit of deep probing drifted me towards IDrive-E. Using this software you can effortlessly shuttle your sensitive files and folders between your PC and the remote IDrive-E server.

IDrive-E is an application that performs 'totally hands-free automated backups' of files and folders. The backed up data will always be available as 'IDrive-E' online drive on your computer so that it can be easily restored. The user-friendly application allows you to restore large number of files with a simple drag-and-drop using the Windows Explorer like interface.

All data transfer is encrypted with 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Strong. IDrive-E also has 256-bit AES encryption on storage with an encryption password key provided by the user while installing the application. IDrive-E does incremental backups that transfer only portions of file that have been modified or changed since the last backup. It also supports backup of mapped drives in both standard and NT service mode.

You can also setup connections via proxy servers to connect to IDrive-E servers and perform backup and restore operations. IDrive-E retains 30 versions of backed up data. You can restore up to 30 prior versions, including the most recent version of your data files. You can also restore latest versions of all your files or versions of files as of a specific backup set. Restore files and folders from IDrive-E explorer/Classic view to the local computer with a simple drag-and-drop operation. IDrive-E also supports multiple drag-and-drop operations using Explorer view.

If you are not a WFB user you should be. There are mega conglomerate companies out there that require hours of waiting on the phone to get support.

Not so with Richard, his staff at smallgreentree and WFB. Like any small business we have had our share of minor troubles due to ISP's servers etc. Every time we have a problem or question, even if it does not involve WFB, Richard is Johnny on the Spot to respond - or in this case, take a customer idea and implement it.

You are in good hands if you use the services of smallgreentree
