If you did not transfer your domain name to another provider before we closed, these are your options:

If you have a UK domain name (i.e. ending in “.uk”):

With a UK domain name you automatically have an account at Nominet, the UK’s domain name regulator. To access your account go to their login page and follow the “Forgotten Password” procedure using the email address associated with your domain registration. Once you have logged in you can move your domain to another domain name registrar.

For non UK domain names

You need to contact Enom for help. Enom were our wholesale provider, and although they normally do not deal direct with retail customers, they can step in to assist with domain transfers once our business is closed. Details of their “unresponsive reseller” procedure can be found here.
